Endeavor Outliers 2025 Nigeria

Endeavor, the global community for high-impact entrepreneurs, has announced its 2025 Endeavour Outliers, spotlighting the fastest-growing, highest-performing companies within its network. This year’s list includes five standout Nigerian firms: Moniepoint, OmniRetail, Paga, Flutterwave, and LemFi.

These companies are reshaping Africa’s fintech, and they have proven that emerging market startups are not the exception, but the new global standard.

Endeavor is a global network of entrepreneurs. Since its founding in 1997, it has supported more than 2,600 entrepreneurs across 42+ markets. Collectively, these companies have generated over $67 billion in revenue and created over 4.1 million jobs.

Endeavor Nigeria, launched in 2018, supports high-growth founders and helps scale their impact. To date, it supports 35 entrepreneurs across 17 companies.

Global Impact, African Excellence

Despite global economic challenges, political instability, and reduced access to capital, these Outlier companies continue to scale rapidly and set new performance benchmarks. Collectively, they have raised $42 billion over the past three years, created more than one million jobs, and now span 34 countries. Among them are 76 companies valued at over $1 billion, with 36 having achieved successful exits and 13 publicly listed on major stock exchanges.

“This class is proving that success in global markets isn’t an exception—it’s an accelerating trend. Each year, our Outliers set new benchmarks, raising the bar for their ecosystems and attracting international capital into markets that were once overlooked.” – Nasim Novin, Senior Director of Entrepreneur Experience at Endeavor.

Meet Nigeria’s 2025 Endeavor Outliers

Moniepoint Group (Tosin Eniolorunda and Felix Ike)

OmniRetail (Deepankar Rustagi)

A B2B e-commerce marketplace that has grown revenue over 100-fold in just three years. OmniRetail was named Africa’s #1 fastest-growing company in 2024 by the Financial Times.

Paga Group Ltd (Tayo Oviosu and Jay Alabraba)

A digital payments pioneer advancing financial inclusion in Nigeria. In 2024, Paga surpassed 100 million annual transactions, supporting millions of digital wallets and mobile payments.

Flutterwave (Olugbenga Agboola and Ifeoluwa ‘IO’ Orioke)

Africa’s leading fintech, operating in 35+ countries and processing payments in over 150 currencies. Flutterwave continues to scale globally while empowering businesses across sectors.

LemFi (Ridwan Olalere)

A cross-border payments platform serving immigrants in the UK, US, and Canada. LemFi offers instant, fee-free transfers to Africa, Asia, and Latin America, with full regulatory approvals in key markets.

“The inclusion of Moniepoint, Paga, Flutterwave, LemFi, and Omniretail in this year’s Endeavor Outliers highlights the momentum of Africa’s high-growth companies. These founders are not just scaling businesses—they are redefining financial services, commerce, and technology on a global scale. Their success proves that world-class innovation isn’t confined to traditional hubs; it is thriving right here in Nigeria and across the continent.” – Ireayomide Oladunjoye, Managing Director and CEO of Endeavor Nigeria.

New Standards

This year’s Nigerian honorees are setting new standards for what’s possible on the continent.

As the business world watches more closely, Endeavor says one thing is clear: emerging market entrepreneurs are driving the next global wave of innovation.
