BingX, a global cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 AI company, has announced that it has surpassed 40 million registered users worldwide in 2025, doubling its user base year on year. The milestone reflects the platform’s accelerated global adoption and growing influence in the digital asset market.

“Beyond the Alpha” with BingX

To commemorate the achievement, BingX has launched a new global initiative titled “Beyond the Alpha”, a campaign designed to reward users while reinforcing the company’s long-term focus on innovation, security, and community growth.

A Year of Accelerated Expansion

The jump to 40 million users comes amid a period of strong operational growth for BingX. In 2025, the exchange recorded peak daily trading volumes exceeding $26 billion, highlighting rising engagement across both retail and professional traders.

The platform has maintained its position among the top five global derivatives exchanges, while continuing to expand its spot and futures offerings. Product enhancements introduced during the year include advanced margin tools, deeper TradingView integration, and the rollout of new trading instruments such as pre-market futures and fractionalised asset programmes.

AI at the Core of BingX’s Strategy

A defining feature of BingX’s 2025 strategy has been its push into AI-driven trading infrastructure. The company committed $300 million to building an AI-native ecosystem aimed at improving market analysis, execution efficiency, and user decision-making.

This investment has supported the launch of proprietary tools such as BingX AI Bingo and BingX AI Master, which provide real-time insights and intelligent trading assistance. Rather than positioning AI as a front-end add-on, BingX has integrated it directly into the trading backbone of the platform.

Reinforcing Trust Through Security and Transparency

Alongside growth and innovation, BingX has continued to prioritise platform security. The exchange maintains 100 per cent Proof of Reserves, published publicly, and operates a $150 million Shield Fund to enhance user protection.

In 2025, BingX also achieved recognised security and compliance benchmarks, including ISO 27001 certification and PCI DSS v4.0.1 compliance for its fiat-related services. These measures form part of a broader effort to build long-term trust in an increasingly regulated global crypto environment.

The “Beyond the Alpha” Campaign

Running from 15 to 26 December 2025, the Beyond the Alpha campaign invites users to participate in trading, deposits, and referral activities in exchange for guaranteed rewards and prize draw entries. Incentives include trading vouchers and limited-edition BingX merchandise.

As part of the celebration, BingX released its first branded music video, showcasing the platform’s journey, product evolution, and growing global community. The campaign is positioned as a reflection of BingX’s user-first philosophy.

Positioning for the Next Phase of Growth

Founded in 2018, BingX has evolved from a traditional crypto exchange into a broader Web3 and AI-focused platform. Company leadership has described the 40-million-user milestone as a signal of trust from the global crypto community rather than a final destination.

With continued investment in intelligent trading infrastructure, education initiatives, and global market expansion, BingX appears poised to transition from rapid growth into a more mature phase characterised by scale, resilience, and technological depth.
